I’m not one to go out of my way to make a review (whether good or bad) but I have to brag about how absolutely amazing my experience has been with my insurance agent through Atlantic. Get ready for a long, thorough review!

My husband and I moved from MA to NH in May 2017 when we purchased our first home. Somehow through our home buying process we were referred to James @ Atlantic for our insurance needs. James takes care of our auto and home insurance (and literally anything I inquire about in between).

For over 2 years James has never let us down. If I send an email for advice or a question on something, I get a reply typically within minutes. In my previous experiences with insurance companies, I would consider myself  lucky to receive a response back within a WEEK! James goes out of his way to make suggestions that better suits our needs, and he does his best to point me in the right direction when I’m reaching out to him about something that may be totally out of his element as an insurance agent.

When I used to think of having to contact insurance, I would do anything I could to procrastinate it due to the inconvenience of the process. Because I have James as my insurance agent now, he makes dealing with all of our insurance needs the easiest process it can possibly be.
